超级美味的咖喱蔬菜浓汤炖年糕片

做法:
跟俺前面那几个面的做法雷同
少放一点点水
先炖西红柿,把四个熟透的西红柿炖成糊状
加香菇片,味美
加姜末,辛辣补气提神
加高淀粉土豆片,提升浓郁口感,顺便勾芡挂糊
加猪蹄浓汤,营养美容大补
加点橄榄油,提高汤品亮度
加花生米,枸杞,小补,花生米有助于提升嚼感
加一块咖喱,搅拌,开胃,香
加年糕片,这个牌子的年糕好哇,是买过的最好的,吃起来真的滑糯软有韧性,看来年糕还是要买上海产的,北京的,不行
加蒜苗段,蔬菜多点好
加大蒜,香啊,也防癌
关火,加香菜,香菜又称芫荽,又名胡荽,味道好,纤维多,芳香健胃,驱风解毒之功,能解表治感冒,具有利大肠、利尿等功能俺又姓胡,宜多吃
好了,可以出锅吃了
