川味回锅肉

原料:五花肉、蒜苗、豆瓣、豆豉、辣椒、花椒、姜丝、料酒、糖、盐、鸡精

2、将洗好的大蒜切段,记住蒜头一定要拍一下,这样容易熟和出味

3、起油锅,放入少量油(五花肉炒了会出油的),加入几粒花椒,将五花肉放入煸炒至出油

4、将肉拨到一边,在油中加入切好的姜丝、豆瓣酱、豆豉、辣椒煸香

5、将肉拨入炒香,加入少量料酒;少量糖,小火融化上色

6、先加入蒜头,再加入蒜苗,翻炒至出香味
