方法一：（适用于机器在手边，且对BIOS比较熟悉）
在系统启动画面按F2进入BIOS查看Device Info，在Device Info中，我们可以获得详细的配置信息。(下图以LatitudeD630 BIOS为例)

[size=7]蓝屏基本诊断方法[/size]

新机器蓝屏，我们不免比较着急，是硬件还是软件的原因无法确定。
我们在这里简单介绍机器蓝屏后的，简单判断方法，帮助我们尽快解决问题。
1．尝试重启系统。如果能正常启动，建议杀毒，查找是否中木马程序。将最近安装的软件删除。
一般新机器都是采用双核CPU，但某些软件版本并不支持双核，我们可以尝试关闭CPU 双核和CPU XD Support。开机按F2启动到BIOS中，将Performance下的Multi Core这项关闭。如使用中认为关闭双核影响机器性能，建议更新该软件版本。

如果仍然不行，建议备份数据重装系统。
5．对于重装系统，仍然蓝屏，建议用Dell随机带检测程序进行检测：
如果硬盘上Dell 32位检测分区没有被删除，可以直接按F12，选择“Diagnosis”，运行Dell pre-boot检测程序后，就可运行Dell 32位诊断程序。
或者按住Fn再开机，也会自动进入蓝屏的Dell pre-boot检测程序。
如果没有检测分区，需要找到Dell随机带驱动光盘，开机按F12，从光盘引导启动。
